A free improv-for-wellbeing taster for Norfolk & Suffolk NHS FT (NSFT)

Hi, My name is Chris Read and I run Dogface Improv, a Norwich company that has spent ten years using applied improv for mental health and wellbeing, including work with Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, Flagship Group and Norfolk & Waveney Mind. This term we are offering a small number of free 90-minute taster sessions to teams in the region. It is a genuinely useful session in its own right, improv helps teach psychological safety, listening, presence, staying steady under pressure. Teams tend to leave lighter and more connected, and it gives you a real feel for whether something fuller would land with your people.
