Improv training for Suffolk Community Foundation?
Hi Suffolk, My name is Chris & I run Dogface Improv in Norwich – we've spent the last 10 years running workshops across East Anglia, including wellbeing sessions with MIND and training for NHS trusts. Improv is an amazing art-form, I can personally speak to it's ability to help wellbeing and mental health. There are also a number of skills that improv helps teach - communication, being present, actually listening to each other, not fearing failure to name a few. People tend to leave our sessions full of joy and positivity. Workshops can work well for both staff and service users - we are a fully inclusive company and have run sessions for people of all ages and with a diverse range of needs. If it sounds like something that might work for you, I'm very happy to discuss further. We're always flexible on pricing for charities.
